Our Founder is a first generation, resilient entrepreneur., Ashish Ghia with over 25 years of all round experience in leadership and management roles, driving growth, improving efficiencies, building relationships and creating value for all.
Ashish is also a Subject Matter Expert on many strategic and operational matters pertaining to Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry. He has excellent relationship management skills and an established network of corporates to his credit.
Over the years, Ashish has come across various challenges in the industry which have enabled him to think outside the box to find solution in the interest of all stakeholders. Hence, he decided to change lanes and bring his operating expertise and experience to advisory role.
